Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any bouquets of gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.
We accept most credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule Orders received before 1pm UK time for delivery will be delivered next day if required. Orders received after this time are generally delivered the following day.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before 1pm previous day).
Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day.
No timed deliveries - except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone on 01303 766390 if you have an emergency order.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Orders are delivered ONCE.
If a neighbour is home we will try and leave the flowers/plant with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery, otherwise it will be left at a safe delivery place. We will contact yourself to advise if a safe delivery place is not suitable.
Generally Bizzy Lizzy Flowers will not contact you by phone to let you know delivery status of flowers.
Circumstance beyond our control
Adverse weather conditions - During adverse weather conditions such as heavy snow, ice, high winds we may not be able to delivery orders on time. This is outside our control and we cannot accept responsibility for he late delivery of the order. Therefore in the event of advers weather onditions will will not be able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.
Force-majeure - Bizzy Lizzy Flowers shall not be liable for ailurophobia to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: acts of God, out break of hostilities, Ito, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any government or authority, fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, power failure, failure of telecommunication lines, breakdown of vehicles, default of suppliers, sub-contractor or delivery partner, theft, malicious damage, strike or industrial action of any kind, or cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond Bizzy Lizzy Flowers reasonable control.
BIzzy Lizzy Flowers are not responsible for incomplete or wrong addresses.
It is the buyers responsibilty to provide a full, complete and accurate address for the delivery.
Bizzy Lizzy Flowers are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.
We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative. Please note that all images used on this website are for illustration purposes only and may vary. We will not contact the buyer to inform you of a substitute.
